4:45pm – 6:15pm – Women/Girls Only Session

Wednesday
5-6pm Primary & U15s – (Coach Chris W)
6-8pm T1 & T2 training – (Coaches Lee & Phil)

Friday
5-7pm T3 & T4 training – (Coach Brian and Taylor)

Saturday
10am-11:30am Primary/U15s training
11:30pm – 1pm – NORTH EAST selected Squads training (U15s & U19s)
